If for any reason, a student withdraws in writing within seven business days after receiving his/her initial course materials and returns all program materials in a like new condition, he/she shall be refunded the full amount of fees paid less a $50.00 registration fee and $25 postage fee.
The settlement policy after the initial seven days for the Medical Transcription Program and/or the Electronic Claims Processing Program is as follows:
Program Cost: $1700.00 (Includes $725 course materials, $875 tuition, $50 registration fee, a $25.00 CEU fee and a $25.00).
If a student withdraws or is terminated after completing between 1 and 13 lessons, he/she shall be entitled to a minimum refund amounting to seventy-five percent (75%) of the paid tuition.
If a student withdraws or is terminated after completing between 14 and 26 lessons, he/she shall be entitled to a minimum refund amounting to fifty percent (50%) of the paid tuition.
If a student withdraws or is terminated after completing between 27 and 39 lessons, he/she shall be entitled to a minimum refund amounting to twenty-five percent (25%) of the paid tuition.
If a student withdraws or is terminated after completing 40 lessons, he/she shall not be entitled to a refund.
WITHDRAWAL PROCEDURES
If student wishes to withdraw from the program, he/she shall send a written letter stating that he/she wishes to withdraw from the program to: MT Support Services, Inc., Attn: Student Services, 110 Coliseum Crossing, #152, Hampton, VA 23666.
TUITION RECOVERY FUND
MT Support Services, Inc. participates in a Student Tuition Recovery Fund. This protects all students and assures you that you will suffer no loss of tuition due to default on the part of the school.
